World Architecture Day extends its digital reach

If you thought that World Architecture Day was just a static event, then think again. We’ve been putting out our digital feelers and harnessing the latest technologies so that everyone around the world can experience this landmark summit. So don’t worry if you can’t make it on the day as there will be plenty of opportunities for you to participate remotely through a variety of interactive channels.

We’ll be streaming highlights live over the internet, so you don’t miss any of the best bits. We are also installing a Twitter screen, where we will display your thoughts, ideas and questions for our speakers and panelists. We’ve even got our own dedicated newsroom for transmitting blogs and photos. Plus, we are planning to run online forums (or is that fora?) for each section of the day. So you can join the debate whatever your architectural interest, from commercial and civic buildings to healthcare design and urban regeneration – ensuring that wherever you are in the world on 01 October, you won’t miss a thing.
